Build me a PC for less than 25K !!

Please help me choose a configuration to build a PC costing below 25K.

Some requirements are:

Flat screen LCD monitor(17" min)(No HD required)
Decent Processor
DVD writer
1GB minimum RAM (plan to install XP not Vista)
160GB or more HDD
decent speakers
other things u suggest

2) Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H (revision 1.1 or higher) : Rs.5.3k
3) Kingston 2x1Gb ddr2 800Mhz : 2k-2.2k
4) Seagate or Western Digital 250Gb sata2 HDD : 2.3k
5) Sony/samsung dvd writer: 1.2k
6) Dell SE198WFP : 9.5k or 17" for 8.5k
7) Cabinet: your choice but get atleast a 450W
8) Altec Lansing VS4121 : Rs.2.3k or Creative SBS 2.1 370 for 1.2k
9) APC UPS 650VA : 3.3k or 500VA for 2.3k

For display, either get Samsung or Dell. They are the best in business, Don't compromise here

UPS is not needed. So what else can i upgrade with that money ?

keep that money with you, start saving for ATI HD4850.
