1. Budget?
starting 5k, max 8k. not spending a single paisa above 8k even if there is a great phone for 8001 rupees. try to give me as cheap a phone as possible.
2. Display type and size?
big enough. otherwise dont care.
3. Dual sim?
would be nice i guess. otherwise dont care.
4. Preferred choice of brand?
respectable company. otherwise dont care.
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)?
dont care.
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc).
preferred android. no windows, no ios.
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready).

8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)?
