Budget Phone for Daily Life

Boot Unlocker
Then Custom Recovery.
Then Flash Custom ROM.

Unlocking Boot Loader is most tough and confusing.
Need MI Account first.
Most serious problem is to unlock boot loader i need internet on PC and internet on mobile.
I don't have broadband net.
So if my phone is not working then no net on PC.
In simple word I can't unloack my phone without another phone(internet source).

Looks like I have no choice but have to buy phone without any offer or exchange.
Most irritating this is there a too many phones with a little price different these days. Very confusing and frustrating.
I increased my budget to 13K.
I have Micromax In Note 2, Infinisx 11S, Redmi Note 11 and Moto G31 in my short list.
Camera and Screen my priority.
Strictly no gaming.

there is no BEST phone having all good features. you are required to set your priorities. in my case, i would go for G31 for its clean UI.

I want but I can't.
I couldn't find any reliable option to do that offline.

i checked that once but since i didn't had time to research, i didn't go for it despite having all resources.
