you wont get any 4" or above in this range in reputed brands i think accept for the indian brands. you can check this- Nokia Asha 311 - Nokia: Flipkart.com
or if you are fine with indian brands like mmx & can compromise on service support -- Micromax Ninja A89 - Micromax: Flipkart.com . but expect a low battery backup of around a day only.

OP wants an phone with 2.4" screen or greater not 4" or greater. In addition to that he has clearly mentioned that he doesn't want a touchscreen only phone. Moreover, he prefers Nokia. That's why i suggested him the Nokia Asha 302. But, it is too a little above his budget.

@5fusion: Thanks for the suggestion but she doesn't want a touch screen phone.

@Shah: She does prefer nokia, but is okay with other models if battery backup is good, thats why I mentioned Android too, cause previously I have seen some Touch And Type droid phones. Nokia 302 Looks good, will ask her to check it out.

Budget is flexible as there are only a limited touch and type/Non touch phones
