Better get a motherboard with HDMI support. It's likely you can find H110 board with updated BIOS, it's been more than 6 months. Even if not, updating wouldn't be a big deal, ask the seller.
For the intended use 4GB memory is good enough.
Add SSD later if needed.
Go for generic case, if you can't everything in the budget.
450w itself more than enough, if you can find one get 450w PSU

1) first buy this processor ASAP ..

Intel® Pentium® Processor G4560 (3M Cache, 3.50 GHz)

or

INTEL PROCESSOR PENTIUM DUAL CORE G4560 (INTEL 7TH GEN, LGA1151 SOCKET, 3M CACHE, UP TO 3.50 GHz)

wherever it is cheaper after shipping costs..

because availability and price of this CPU right now is a gamble , as supply is limited and this is in very high demand.. get it while you can , rest all other parts you can take time in buying/thinking.. performance of this CPU is roughly equal to an i3 processor..

2) instead of 8 gb ram , Get Corsair 4 gb ram 2133 mhz ram now and add a 128 gb SSD .. instead of kingston UV300 pick Kingston UV400 , more reliable.. , otherwise samsung 750 evo if you have the budget .. if limited on budget then you can skip it , if not then prefer it .. will speed up the overall responsiveness of PC , fast boot time , opening of apps and files , antivirus scans etc..

3) MSI MOTHERBOARD H110M PRO-VH PLUS (INTEL SOCKET 1151/6 GENERATION SERIES CPU/MAX 32GB DDR4-2133MHZ MEMORY) contact MDComputers first before buying for BIOS update

Never go with Corsair VS Series PSU's. They are crap and they will ultimately burn the entire components inside your cabinet.
Go with the suggested Antec PSU.

So the suggested changes are RAM and PSU. Rest is all the same right.

Any suggestion where to get that monitor from. Searched a lot of online store but didn't get a good price.
