One of my frnds younger brother is gonna take addmission ..
As he completed 12th this year.. but was on bed rest due to illness....


He has got 63% in pcm ...

Will b very gratefull if somebody come's with good suggestion's for him...

No one to suggest something good here:|

If his interest is in computers (first show him syllabus of a few universities) a decent college is more important than IT/CSE.

I chose a crap college just because I wouldn't take anything other than CSE and then spent 4 miserable years learning hardly anything from unqualified teachers.
A good college is more important than IT/CSE choice since the syllabus isn't that different.
