broadband connection problem

I am using home 500.Is there any way to find my connection's name on bsnl's website?, they give unnecessary info but my connection name which is ( home 500 ) is not written there.plz help........

What exactly are you asking ? If you already know that you are on a H500 plan then why do you want 'see it's name' on BSNL's site. And if you want to know details about your account then you will need to log into your BSNL Portal account from *bbservice.bsnl.in/

I just want to confirm ,but my first bill is showing broadband rent as 253 and extra usage as 574, i am confused coz bsnl portal is showing only 21 MB additional usage then from where this 574 comes from? can u help in this regard????
