The bubbles seen are on the plastic screen protector. The tab is scratch free.
I tested this tab for a few hours only. This is a good entry level tab. It easily played a 11GB 1080p DTS mkv file. The OTG cable detected 16GB NTFS pendrive. It also detected my digiflip wireless mouse by pluging in the wi-fi adapter. The tab also supports exFAT partitioned drive with write access. You can use the tab to download files larger than 4GB to external pendrive/hdd or sd card.
