for a pc that is intended primarily for conducting business/office related operations, using a ryzen processor will be a gross overkill-something like a pentium g4560/4600 would have been more suitable and cost effective in this case.

I do game and when i do i want top notch performance.

Could you guys pls recommend me a setup, I wanna buy it today

If you can afford a few days/weeks then wait for things to clear:
Meltdown and Spectre: ‘worst ever’ CPU bugs affect virtually all computers

For top notch performance, go with Intel setup, preferably Core i5 8400.
and SSD of 250GB size is more than enough.

Focus on this order to get the best components :
1. GPU
2. RAM
3. CPU
4. SSD
5. Motherboard

Buy 8GB of RAM now and try to get GTX 1070 standard version.

Meltdown and Spectre Fixes Arrive—But Don't Solve Everything
Yeah but what that article didn't mention is that even full software patching requires cooperation from hardware manufacturers(aka mobos & processors).Forget about getting microcode updates from intel for anything older than 3rd/4th gen desktop processors. Also forget about bios updates for mobos launched 1-2 years ago especially the low end/budget models & certainly forget about laptops getting bios/cpu updates for anything older than a year models.Even if one buy latest intel hardware system it is still not enough unless cpu microcode update & bios update(depends on mobo manufacturer) is applied along with software patches released by MS & even after that it guarantees meltdown mitigation only with a certain performance impact depending on workload type.It is better to go with amd system(unless absolutely budget restricted) because amd processors are not affected by meltdown whose fixes cause more performance hit & even against spectre they are not as vulnerable as intel.

You're paying more by buying from amazon on some items like SSD, CPU and PSU. Try to get RM650x instead of CXM 650

PC parts picker wont list actual prices.
Get ASUS B350 Pro Plus, Reduce the mem to 8 GB for now, upgrade later. Get an 850 EVO instead, NVME for now doesnt offer any massive benefits for the price you are paying. Only content creators benefit from it as of now. Get a 1070 mini/1080mini from Zotac. Also Antec VP650PM is more than enough, a 550 watt good PSU is enough
Dont spend so much on RAM now, you can always upgrade later when prices are down.
Im running at 8GB ram on my system,(also Ryzen 5 1600, GTX 1080).
In most games you will never notice the difference, only in dark souls 3 with stuff running in the background do I experience stuttering.
Upgrade RAM when its back to sane prices.
Good GPU brands : ASUS, Zotac, MSI, Gigabyte (for Nvidia)

No to corsair CXM , also increase your budget slightly from Antec VP and go for Corsair TX 550M or 650M for Rs 5700/6400 ...

Stick to Gigabyte or Asus for Good after sales services
