Did you just install Windows 7 Service Pack 1. If that's the case then this might be the problem
“0xc0000034″ BSOD Error Message after Installing Service Pack 1 (SP1). Follow the steps in the site to solve your problem.

If it doesn't work upload the .dmp files by following the steps below:
1. Goto C:\Windows\Minidump\
2. Copy all the files ending with the .dmp extension and paste into a new folder in the Desktop.
3. Compress "New Folder" created into a ZIP/RAR.
3. Goto 4shared.com - free file sharing and storage and upload the ZIP/RAR file.
4. Copy the link given by the site after the upload is complete and share the link here.

Please follow these steps:
1. Check a driver for errors.
2. Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly
3. Run Prime96
(If your system crashes while Prime96 is running then you likely have a thermal, power or RAM issue.)
4. Run Memtest86+
(Upload and link me the report after the test is complete.)

@rbp45:
Did you recently install/reinstall/upgrade the OS?
Have there been any change in the hardware's configuration recently?
Did you try updating your drivers?
Can you see "ntoskrnl.exe" process in the Task Manager?
Does the BSOD occur randomly or before a certain process?

My OS Win7 x64, is above things work ?

^Did you get any more BSODs after the update?--- No not seen.

@OP: do a registry clean using 3rd party apps.sometimes corrupt registry causes BSOD

instaling Advance System Care free & run.

Will look at the dump files tomorrow. Way to late. Need to sleep.

SyGeek, were you able to analyze the BSOD dump files on the analyzer.?

@asingh:
Scheduled the Windows Symbols Package for the night to download (needed for Windows Debugging Tools). Till then used this software to analyze the dump files and it looked like a hard disk issue to me, though I'm not sure till I see the MemTest86+ report.

Okay, remember each time you run a new BSOD dump set (for any new system), flush out the symbols directory. Try to have a look. I can only check once back from office.

@rbp45:
The BSOD seems to be initiated from a 3rd party driver error (VISTA_DRIVER_FAULT) which may have later lead to read/write errors in the hard disk ("The instruction at "0x%08lx" referenced memory at "0x%08lx". The memory could not be "%s""), later causing multiple instances of the same error. There's a possibility of a bad hard disk.

Before you try out the RAM, please follow these steps:
1. Uninstall the last driver you were trying to/installed (if any) before the first BSOD .
2. Run "chkdsk /r" on all partitions (or Check a driver for errors)
3. Run Memtest86+ (and send me the report log)
4. Follow all the steps here
5. Install an updated version of the same driver from it's particular site.
6. Update all the drivers.

Note: Restart your system after each step
