i have i intel chipset i810 board and i want to update bios

the specification given Below

plese give update bios files and utility program and also procedure for upgrading bios

just google or visit the manufacturer website

I think u may have cd of your motherboard ,which may contain software to update your bios.Check it in your mobo cd .Otherwise search the mfg. site.
