Broken In
hey hi friends, my friend encountered a very strange problem, one day he was doing some work on his PC, suddenly it turned off, later when he tried to turn it on, it didn't showed any thing on the screen not even the BIOS, we thought it must be some kind of dust problem/ a faulty SMPS. so we cleaned the peripherals and checked the SMPS with jump start method. SMPS was in good condition, so we couldn't figure out the problem then we took it to a PC shop where the man said there isn't any BIOS in the motherboard so he said it need to be installed in it. so he did his work and returned the mobo. now the PC is starting pretty well but it is experiencing serious Lags. he had win 7 and win xp and both are experiencing lags. means if u want to see a movie then also it is lagging and then suddenly it crashes. we cross checked the process in task manager and checked it with an antivirus but it was all clean. what i observed in the task manager that in Idle state the processor usage was fluctuating very much. please tell some solution, we need that PC quite urgently.
