Best VFM multimedia Laptop!!

I'm upgrading from Acer aspire 4710 (C2D,1GB ram,160 HDD)

I've zeroed in on these 3 :

Dell inspiron N3420 - I5 3210, 8gb DDDR3 ram, 750 Gb HDD, Nvidia GT620m 1gb
Dell inspiron N3420 - I5 3210, 8Gb ram, 1Tb HDD , NO discrete GPU
HP Pavillion G4 - I5 3210, 4Gb ram, 750 Gb HDD, Radeon 7670 HD 2GB

Also are there usb3.0 ports available on the dell ??
I'm more inclined on the HP due to the supposedly better GPU and USB 3.0
