Best utility for proxy-ing

plz suggest as my proxy server has banned many sites like music, games, blogs etc..... which app is best to use to bypass them...

ps: bypass sites are also blocked so no point in that too...

ps2: if this thread already discussed plz refer me thr....n mods may close this if reqd...i apologise in dat case...

Google "free proxy site" and you can find lots. Try kproxy.com. If not try Torproject.com. I think Tor would be the best bet. If you use opera, google "opera tor"
