whats the warante on a gionee. and more so does it have SAR safety. am keen on samsung models basically require the phone for mobile netbanking and some interbet usage-android preffered ,simple camera,DUAL SIM,gps

Anyways, to the OP... if you want a real smart phone at Rs5k, just go for the el cheapo Chinese rebadged phones. No other choice at your budget. iBall and Lava have some models.
