this is really good, costs little extra but provides you wireless option, which if you start using will find very good. And canon printers are good in image printing, but dood remember this is still inkjet, you cannot start printing heavy colored pages on normal A4 sheets, color will not stick and will look very bad, be it any MFP, normal lightly colored pages will come out well.
Inkjet are still considered ones to be better for photo print and less on document printing.
I bought HP 8500 Pro spent 17.5K on it but I will say it is truly worth it, overkill for home use but still has all the options a home user would need. Same thing can be said about this canon printer in the provided budget.
