Best Performance Laptop for around Rs 40,000

Hi there friends....till date i have been getting ans. to my queries through the pre existing threads but now i'm in an confusing situation....So plz suggest me a perfect gaming/performing laptop in the range of Rs 45,000 (Better if less)...priorities would be processor and graphic card?????

2.Asus K53SV-SX267V
3.HP Envy 6t Ultrabook
