Bottomline.
Stock Android rocks. Non snapdragon version of S4 causes me to snap. (No comments on ZL)

So now we should wait for OP's response instead of bashing.

4. Camera is not compared on software features! It is rather compared on optical sensor!

I have used both Xperia Z n S4, S4 clearly has better camera(i'm not talking about features here, which S4 clearly has many). I don't think Moto X stands a chance

S4 also has better battery life compared to its competition, which matters, believe me
It also has network video calling option, if someone wants it. I'm missing this feature in N4

Love it or hate it S4 is a good phone for me @ 28k

I tried the latest stock Korean Kitkat ported to E970 and contrary to popular belief, LG's stock UI is better than stock android UI, IMO.
It even feels smoother and has lesser initial RAM usage than CM11 M7, which I'm using as a daily driver. And LG's quickmemo, Knock code and Q-slide are the things which I would've liked to be in any other AOSP based rom.

Finally someone who understands that the features manufacturers put aren't useless, as many people here say. I still couldn't find an app as good as S Planner. Also there is multiwindow which sometimes comes handy.

I don't want a war here, everyone has their own personal choice. I seriously think people should try UI that different manufacturers provide before deciding one UI is better than other, or listening to what others say
