Best home Pc configuration for graphic designing

New to this forum
I want to buy a new PC for graphic designing using Coreldraw Photoshop ect and entertaining like movies games etc...my 10 year old pc was died due to a lightning...as a part of old pc,now I have Sony DVD writer only...
My maximum budjet is 20k....so please tell me the maximum configuration that I can buy.
