Best Cooler for i7 4770k ?

Till Now i am running one Stock Cooler

I am planning to Overclock , but stock cooler is not helping much in that front.

What is the Best Cooler for 4770k ?

Should i go for Air or Liquid Cooler ?

Price : Less than or Equal to 8k

i was looking at NH-D15 - But its "HUGE" . will it break my Motherboard when i will place it in my cabinet .......... because it will be hanging from the cpu socket ???

If your cabinet allows you to install nh d15, then no problem. Else look at corsair h80i. Remember what ever high end cooler you get, overclockability will be decided by your cpu. 4770k is not good for that. aim at 4.7ghz but may have to settle for less mostly. It may not be even stable at 4.4ghz.
