GTA V 87% even though it is not running. Any fix for this? And any specific app to monitor the drain time of battery to check whether it is ok or not?

Have already disabled all the unnecessary softwares. BTW that GTA V 87% percentage was of the past 24 hours duration, if I zero it down to the past 6 hours then Firefox is at the top. Any special software for monitoring the battery? Some tech guy told me there is a software which starts working when we fully charge the battery and it monitors the battery till the level drops down to 0% but he didn't remember the name of the same.

So, as far as we have found out Harassement-Packard's provides only 300 cycles life of a battery and if a battery crosses 150 cycle count then the warranty is void. Is this a case with every other laptop manufacturer too? Also isn't 300 cycles way too less?
