Basic upgrade for arround 15-18k

Hi,
I got a request from my friend to upgrade his PC
he wants to upgrade his

Motherboard
Processor
RAM
Cabinet

All the other stuff he will be using from his old C2D

I a came up with this config for him, as he is into basic to moderate gaming
Processor:
AMD A8 3850 Gaming Processor Quad Core 2.9 Ghz
Price- Rs.7250/-

Motherboard:
GIGABYTE GA-A75M-UD2H
Price- Rs.6500/-

RAM:
Corsair Vengence 4 GB DDR3 RAM 1600MHz
Price- Rs.1700/-

Cabinet:
Price- Rs.1500/-

Please review the config and the prices i found out and give suggestions to improve it in his budget!

and whether his earlier 450W PSU will go along this config??!

he isnt a hard core gamer!
he is more in to cs, nfs, assassins
so i think 1280x800

If it is a reliable one, like Seasonic S12II 430w or FSP Saga II 400w/500w, it is more than enough.

Desi PSUs? I won't recommend at all.
