Firstly, Hats off for the Effort !

If you can extend budget and fit everything then great , otherwise if you have to make compromise to fit things in tight budget, will recommend you to go with AMD A6 9500 for around Rs 3300, it is an older gen processor but good enough for basic stuff ,will save you Rs 1500 and put that money in Corsair VS 450 "white/grey colour model" only, will cost you around Rs 2300-2400
, if you want that system/donation to last/benefit for a long time.. compromise on performance as it is good enough here for basic use but not on PSU..

there are other cheaper alternatives also if you want to go even lower budget wise but that will either affect performance significantly or longevity/durability..

thanks for the suggestion. i had a word with the school HM and he wants to buy it locally so that he will get service support from local vendor. local vendor is providing a 3rd or 4th gen i3 proccy and 4gb 1tb setup with ups for 14500. the HM seems happy with it since that vendor is also servicing all the schools in the local area and has a good reputation there.

once again thanks for your input guys!appreciate it.
