Bajaj Pulsar 180DTSi

I am not sure whether it's appropiate enough to sell a bike in the bazaar section or not, but anyways I'm selling my Pulsar 180DTSi because I'm planning to get a new 220DTS-Fi. This is only for people in Bangalore and I'm not going to bring it to you to see it, you can come to my place and take a look or test ride it if you want. The bike has done only under 8500Kms. I bought it March 06'. It has been maintained at perfect condition as I take care of my belongings very well. Services so far has been on time and I guess there is still one more free service left for the bike. My asking price is 45000/- coz it cost me 77000 including finance interest.
