Avast/Kaspersky Group buy

So i have been using Avast/KIS for as long as Im using a PC, and I love both of them.

Now that I'm finally earning, I'd like to support the companies.

Now heres the thing.. I'd like to do a group buy.

See the rates and number of PCs below, do your calculations, and if anyone is interested, please reply.

Buying in groups is a bad idea, atleast for KIS as there is limited no. of activations even if its meant for 3 concurrent users

im not sure about newer k\KIS but 2012 KIS gave me this problem of expired activations after like 15 ish times activating it (it was 3 users)

STILL, KIS rocks IMO.. ive had my experience of garbage (AKA Bitdefender) and moving back to KIS felt so much better

If you are activating an AV for 15 times then you have more serious issues to worry about than complaining about it.

Already have a 3 year legit Avast Internet Security license with me from a giveaway (not using it), tied to my avast account. Would've helped otherwise.

Just install Avira free on every PC. Better than everything. My whole hostel agrees!

Avast is better for fast PCs.
As it continously scan in background all window processes and folders

yes.. i have been coaxing my roomies about this. lets see..

companies like Kaspersky truly deserve our money..
If you see the price on their official site, the cost of a KIS 2014 (40$) but the indian variant of the same product costs Rs 899 on their official site..
Thats because these companies care when they launch something in india instead of blatantly converting USD to Rupee, I will always support kaspersky every year, even if i have to shell out some bucks
Another good example is Borderlands (steam price more than flipkart price)

i see in FK that 2014 version costs less than the 2015 version.
why is this??

they both get the same virus DB, dont they?
or are some of the latest DBs limited to the latest s/w version?

I dont think so, perhaps FK is pricing 2014 at lower price to get rid of last stocks

different versions have slightly(or completely) different AV engine & other technologies.btw you can use KIS2014 key with KIS2015.
