You wouldn't get a decent setup for the price you mentioned.
We invested around 11k and still were not able to get a decent setup.

Ofcourse you can get a budget system in that price. Which car you have?

I suggest Get 2 pairs of 6" Sony Xplod That would cost around 1700 per pair. Get a basic Class D USB Audio Player, like DAPIC, that costs just 2000/-. Buy everything online, save more.
