I havent read any reviews about the ait radeon xpress 200 which is the gpu of msi ..so cant really comment on the baord
But yes i have tried the 6100 gpu (gigabyte k8n51gmf9) which is close to 6150 gpu on the asus (infact 6150 is better than 6100). This gpu is really good...i can tell you that.

Believe me No board is better then tht at tht price tag..
I am telling u this cuz i have it...

well all the features in both the boards are same
except
the chipset

my votes goes for NV

Nvidia 6100 is better, although it's onboard so crappy, but still better then ATI in features, as it has onboard purevideo decoder, which can help in video decoding

asus board has 6150 not 6100. 6150 is still better than 6100 , it has dvi o/p. core freq is 475Mhz compared to 425Mhz in 6100
