Assassin's Creed Revelations BSODs

Hi, Hi installed Assassin's Creed Revelations today and I'm getting BSODs after the starting video (while narrating the letter to Claudia). The BSODs are 'memory management' and 'bad pool header'. 'Memory management' is the most frequently occurring BSOD. I'm using latest drivers and all other games are running perfectly. Temperaturers are under control and there is proper ventilation.

My system specs:

i3 3220
Intel DH61WW
2x 2GB RAM
Using IGP.
Corsair CX430V2
