ASIC bitcoin miner

I am looking for an ASIC Bitcoin miner for around 7-8k. Doesn't need to be energy efficient (free electricity) but high mining rate. Also I am a complete newbie at Bitcoin mining so any other suggestions would be nice.

I don't think 8k will give a decent miner

I dont know if any good miners available in India.

Not to discourage you but individual mining like this just isn't worth it now.
