Are they all virus?

I downloaded the newest version of Download Acclerator & Norton Antivirus from their official site. I have regularly updated Kaspersyk on my computer. I setup them and scanned my computer & found both the softwares were virus

Can anyone explain?

If you've got them of their official download page then I believe most probably they are false positives by your AV Kaspersky.
To be a little more sure upload the file to *www.virustotal.com/xhtml/index_en.html
They offer free service in scanning files which you can submit.

Virustotal offers a free service for scanning suspicious files using several antivirus engines.
Use the upper textbox to select and send any suspicious file to Virustotal for a scan. If you wish, you can also send files using your email client.

Can you run two virus scaners without clashes/errors on one system?!

sure you can run multiple virus scanners !

i just for testing sake, had bitdefender, avast, avg, f-prot, mcafee, panda on my 128mb pc all at the same time ! (NO JOKES) (tried to additionally install norton, but my pc went haywire, so i immdtly uninstalled it )

instal one, disable it. then install the next...

disable all of them from the start-up and make their services manual. you can use them for 'on demand scanning' as and when you require ! when on the nett u can activate one for online protection !!!

You didn't download Norton, I gave it to you man.............
That was a cracked copy and may be the patcher that I used to crack the app inserted some viral code in it man..........
And about DAP, it is not a virus but it is an adware....... If you have extended db of the defs, kav even detects adwares and everyone knows DAP is an adware, nomatter what Adware SE or MS-Antispyware or some other spyware scanners say......................
