Are there seat covers which can be replaced by users itself?

I need to replace my Wego seat cover as it is torn after usage. Afaik it seems the seat covers are attached to seat by harder stapler pins & the end user can't replace it by himself. Now as I am doing remote job I am not using scooter much. So is there anything that can be put above the seat cover just like we put a mobile back cover ourselves?

It may not be as simple as putting a mobile cover, but I am sure you could find plenty of online tutorials on how to do it at home. Google and see.
