No, only while playing some video or music, you can increase volume to 200%

There was a time when some laptop manufacturers stopped providing warranty for blown speakers on laptops because of usage of vlc player.If it is desktop then there should be no issues.

Get more powerful speakers.

There is a realtek mod that can probably achieve this. Search the forum its quite old.
No guarantees and not recommended at all.
You can buy a cheap amp and get better results.
If its laptop speakers, then no other way
