applcation lipsync mx won't open

I had a program called lipsync mx. It worked good for over a year. One day it didn't open and just gave the mesage Can't create NCTimage View control. Any help would be appreciated.

I assume your program runs on Windows. try system restore first. Try CCleaner app to clean the registry.
Did you recently install any other new programs that might have affected anything?
try re-installing the software.
If it's a paid software contact the customer support and open a ticket with them.
If it's a free software and there's no support finally do a clean install of Windows and fresh install of the software
