APC and SU-Kam Combo!!

Bought SU-Kam Shiny Series Pure Sine Wave 1500VA Dual Battery [AMARON Current 170Ah each] Inverter to power UP my Two APC Smart UPS 1000VA and 1500VA for long backup around 5 to 8 hours.

Problem is My APC Inverter not accepting power from SU-Kam Inverter tried in both UPS and Inverter Mode any help why. even Su-Kam service Engg. visited but no luck same problem.

Going to try with SU-Kam Fusion 2.5KVA Quad Batt. Series will it work or not kindly suggest

problem comes when Mains Off. I can't use both UPS at a time only one UPS.

is there some frequency mismatch with Su-Kam inverter with APC Smart UPS or i have to buy APC Commercial FUSION UPS 3.5KVA or 2.5 KVA
