Anyone in Delhi help me troubleshoot Graphic card issue ?

Hi there,

I've been to Regenesis Service centre, Devika Tower, Delhi for 3 times and yet my problem is not solved at home. My DVI port of my graphic card doesn't seem to work at home. I am unable to recreate same problem at service center despite staying there in their workshop for which no-repairs has been done since 3 times, yet i'm back to square one. Will some Delhi ppl help me confirm the problem and help me RMA my gpu from their end?

Detailed problem : Using DVI port ( Dual/ Single ) My graphic card boots up windows, when i install driver and set res to full HD the monitor goes blank.

Using HDMI . No problem at any resolution.

My Specs :
BenQ XL2411
MSI GTX 1060 6gb Gaming X bought in Dec 16
i5 4690k, 16 gb DDR3 RAM, 256gb Samsung 840 EVO
Seasonic SII620W (non modular)

Does it work in HDMI?Connect monitor & system directly to wall power without ups & then check.Has it ever worked before(DVI,I mean)?No company will replace a gfx card which works correctly in their test setup(with same/recent windows & driver). If overclocking then reset bios/gfx card values to default.

Yes ,it work in HDMI, It worked before in DVI too, but not now. Everything is in stock.

Looks like a nvidia driver issue.
