I am looking for a phone with excellent battery backup.
CONDENSED : 5-7K budget, 3G DualSIM, small screen is OK, Front cam, MAPs should work good[good GPS],
PioneerP2M seems good in specs. Any comments or other options with comparable battery backUp ?


I have gone through the sticky buyers guide thread.
Questionnaire filled :
1. Budget? 5-7K
2. Display type and size? 4inch is enough.
3. Dual sim? YES
4. Preferred choice of brand? Quality concern only
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)? Front VGA is enough but should be clear. Flash : not concerned
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc). ANY
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready). 3G
8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)? Mainly MAPs, utility apps like OLA, smartshoppers.
9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration? Gionee Pioneer P2M
10. Any other info that you want to share Good touch response and loud earpiece and ringer would help a lot ! No need of accessories at all.

No one knows how good is P2M's battery life despite having a 3000mAh battery. (It should have a great battery life)

Redmi 2 Prime is the best option under 7k. It has a much better camera, display, build quality & performance. Its battery life is good, may not be as good as P2M but should be enough for anyone

As you seem to be obsessed with battery life, get Lenovo P1m at 8k. It has a 4000mAh battery & is better than P2M in every respect (except for size maybe, if you want a small device, then P2M & Redmi 2 Prime are better options)

I am impressed already by Redmi's, also Lenovo Quality.
Let me try how they feel at showrooms..
