Suggest me a cheap and great Mobile.

Hi..
I wanna buy a cheap mobile phone, as cheap as it can be, but not pathetic ones like Motofone F3 etc. It should be VERY BASIC in its features, i dont need any bells and whistles. i zeroed in on Samsung C130, but i wanted to know if it has a "Silent" option in its profile. and i came to know that its display backlight is switched on while recharging, and how is its battery life? and its keypad, though i wont be messaging much. and can we mute the ring of an incoming call?
Or if there is any other mobile. be it SE, Moto or Nokia, suggestions are most welcome. My main priorities are Good Call and Sound quality, Friendly user interface, Good battery life, readable display (preferably colour), slim is good, spacey usable keypad and the necessary goodies.
Please pour ur stuff out!!

In the zone
LG KG 271...1.6" colour screen, FM, Loud speaker along with all other things you mentioned...Battery life is not bad either alternate day charging....cost just rs 1700 with bill.

well, i've checked out some handsets, the Samsung C130 is nowhere to be found. The LG KG271, though cheap isnt what i want, its keypad sucks bigtime.
I found these a bit better, though exceeding my pre-planned budget, but are way too good. u just cannot find a good cheap mobile.
Sony Ericsson K200i
Sony Ericsson K220i
Samsung C170
Does anyone have any idea about their call quality and other stuff?
Please chip in with ur valuable thoughts n suggestions.
