Antivirus for Lenovo ideapad 320-15IKB

Should I install 3rd party antivirus (only ones with free editions) or the built in Windows Defender is enough? If need to install 3rd party which one is recommended for the following specs

No need to install anything unless you are using ahem version of softwares. Just keep defender updated and scan with free version of Malwarebytes every 2-4 weeks.

i use bitdefender free on Lenovo ideapad 320-15IAP 80XR (Intel Pentium N4200 processor, 4GB DDR3L 1600Mhz, 1TB HDD & Windows 10 Home 64.). it is required as we regularly take data on a pen drive which is used on public systems and when it is back it always is infected with a lot of viruses.
