Android Under 10000

Hi,I am planning to buy a dual sim android set under Rs 10000.
These are the things I want to have-
1.A good Quality (my first priority as usual)
2.Jelly bean OS(or above) and other latest things
3.a brand with good service centers in Kolkata


I don't do online shopping so don't give website-prices.

How is display quality does it look pixelerate?How is sound quality?

I had experienced to it just for 30 mins. Will update in 2 days.
No idea of sound quality but display was decent, need to examine carefully.
For that price its totally worth.
