I use to think that has been great too. I am working from home for the past 1.5 years. But when I think about countless jobs that have been destroyed in the process: Cab drivers, food stall workers, office janitors etc, I feel very sad.
I think pandemic may have accelerated the tech a bit, but that have come with a great cost. And now when WFH is about to get over from next year, I am trying not feeling too bad about it.

I'll probably move out to somewhere closer to my workplace. I will miss having to spend zero time commuting.

Also, I sold my bike because I wasn't going anywhere these days, so perhaps I will have to buy a new one once everything opens up.
