AMD Athlon X2 4400+ for 1700

okay, the first post never showed up, so here goes the second..
Like the title reads, im selling a year old amd x2 4400+, mildly oc'd to 2.4 or so, on occasion, for 1700 bucks, negotiable to serious buyers, not to vella speculators.. bangalore buyers preferred.. i'd throw in a coolermaster ice fusion thermal compound, used only once (opened it today to put in my new processor)..

oops.. i meant what a timing when someone from bangalore posting the same proc for sale one on ebay and other on thinkdigit. what a small world :)

frankly, i had no clue whats a decent price for this, cause i bought it a year and a half back for about 4500 bucks, and now its for god knows how much... :D

hash.. if you manage to sell it on thinkdigit let me know and i will if i do manage on ebay. you can post on ebay as well. on ebay the best part is with ebay.in coupons one can save atleast 10% via coupons and the cost is not applied on the seller. cool..rite... god knows what paisapay gets out of giving coupons like that... for example.. my listing on ebay becomes 1700-170=1530 wherein the seller and buyer are benefited.

Apologies if i did bring a different picture of what i was telling. Actually I have a 4400+ which i want to replace with a better processor as well and i did put my proc on sale on Ebay and when i came down to thinkdigit was surprised to see that someone from bangalore is selling the same stuff on thinkdigit at the same time and cant stop from saying a hi.
Btw... which processor did you replace your 4400+ with? i have a M57sli-s4 on which i have a 4400+. I wanted actually to change the entire mobo+proc+ram with a I7 but want to replace just the proc to buy sometime :)
Whats your new processor? how much processor improvement do you see? honestly was the upgrade worth it? i cant find a better person to ask than you on this.

ah.. its all good..
and yeaaah.. even i've been pining for an i7, but i cant quite afford that for now..
i have an m2n-e.. so the best processor for that was the 9950, but i read up a bit on that, and a handful of people had some problems with 9950's on m2n-e's.. whereas the 9850 was giving a decent performance, and had no issues with the board.. so i bought a 9850.. cant really update you on how its doin on my board, cause i've been a tad busy.. but i'l post as soon as i start working again.. :)
so i guess a 9850 or a 9950 would be good enough to tide time until the time you can fund yourself the next kickass processor, or the i7, for that reason.. :)
though check what wattage processors your board supports, cause one version of the 9950 is a 140watt, and another version's a 125watt.. my m2n-e supports 125w, hence..

hey hash,
i got my proc listed and sold as well. after ebay charges and shipping charge i got about rs1400. just sell it off. :). The longer we hold the lesser the chance this proc will go out of your hand.

Actually i sold it for rs 1679 but did not expect a DTDC charge of 100rs. i am sure that ebay will charge 6.4%. thats how i ended up in this price.
Also..
I currently have a 7750BE+ M3a78-em+ 2*1GB ram. I will next week have a AMD Phenom II 920 + 2*2 GB OCZ 1066 ram + M3A78-EM mobo.

I already got myself a CM 335 cabinet shipped for Rs. 2100.
World is too good. If you want to ask me if i did win a lotto (the answer is no).
