Getting around 120mbps on a 200mbps connection. Is this ok or less speed ? Earlier I had the 300mbps connection and was getting around 315mbps over 5G wifi but after I downgraded to the 200mbps plan I am getting only around 120mbps over 5G wifi.

as per user description, it is new delhi. btw looks like this is Airtel Wired Broadband with Wifi router.

That's 5GHz wifi band, not to be confused with 5G mobile network.

Have you/anyone changed anything apart from plan downgrade like router settings,router model etc?

Possibly someone else on your network is consuming bandwidth. Make sure you have a lone device and do a speedtest.
