Airtel Boradband contact

Hi guys..............I'm from Thane-Mumbai, I want a broadband connection on my place, I've chosen Airtel as service provider but couldn't get the contact no. I've already contacted the customer care and mailed them too but all r invain. Can anyone having Airtel connection in Thane help me out with their contact no. If noting turns out I'm planning to shift to MTNL........any comments on its service................download speed and troubleshooting services??

MTNL is good...............but I will always prefer Airtel BB over MTNL.
