If heat sink don't have proper contact with CPU, CPU overheats and shutdown/restart. So, check temperature of CPU in BIOS.
How old is your PSU? PSU model name will be in the sticker, check that.
Check fans - PSU fan, CPU fan are running.

Do a bench test. Connect only motherboard+cpu+psu, connect monitor to your motherboard port - don't use gpu now.
It should give ram error beep now, then add ram.
If you have linux live cd/usb, try that.
Then add one by one, you can add GPU last.

Thanks for your valuable time
I installed speccy for hardware temperature monitoring and it hardy cross 50 C mostly under 40 c
PSU is Corsair Vs 550W and about 5 y old but didn't have this problem with old hardware
All fans checked working fine
I tried to bypass GPU by connecting monitor to mother broad but no display.

If GPU is still in the slot, you won't get display output from motherboard ports. Remove GPU from the slot and try.
Okay, heat sink is properly seated then. Though your PSU is quite old, for now we assume it's not the one causing this issue.
As said already, do a bench test - take all the components out of the cabinet and test it. For more info on bench testing, google.

Hi,
I done what u said about bench test and found everything ok( I mean no restart)
But then after 2 hour PC restart again and after that 2nd time it restart within 15 min :(
Is there any software which can tell that PC restart or shutdown due to some problem?
At present i am using the PC for more the 35 mints

In bench test, I assume you added components one by one, not everything in the first go.

When everything removed except cpu+mb+psu and monitor connected to motherboard port, did you get ram error beep?
If there is beep, add ram and do run memtest.
If it works, try live linux. Use this for few hours or even a day.
If there is no issues with live linux, then the only thing we're not so sure about is PSU
See if you can borrow a good working condition PSU from someone and try it.

Hi,
After all these days i found that when ever electricity fail or resume my PC restart, though i am using APC UPS which is around 6 year old. I want to know for my config what should be the rating of my new UPS.
