Affordable Mp3 Player under 25000 or max 3000

My apple ipod shuffle has stopped working.I need a new MP3 Player that is affordable and features a clip.

Is this a good choice,will the sound quality be good enough as in my Grand 2 ?

If you need some quality Mp3 player with clip then Sandisk Sansa Clip range is for you but pricing will be way over 3k most probably 4k

I just need quality similar to my grand 2.Hope the transcend can deliver the same.
