Ans: For school kid who will do light programming, light gaming (such as PUBG with low settings) and for my banking transaction, web browsing and reading.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:35 k to 45 k

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:
no
4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:windows 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1 tb

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:
yes ,22 inches and preferably FHD
7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:I have to buy everything.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: I will prefer offline.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:No , but I have done a little bit of maintenance work for my friends and colleagues

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:About 60 km away from Kolkata (Bagnan)

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:Ya, I have some configuration in my mind ,please advise me and these as follows-

Thanks Minion for for your prompt reply. Actually I also have a thought about your given configuration earlier and I would like to build with this configuration with my second build that one of my friend has requested. But at present I want to go with I3 8100. What do you and all other knowledgeable members think about my chosen configuration ? Is it alright ? Specially about cabinet and monitor as I don't want any RGB cabinet as I have a problem with this zigzag light and I spend a lot of time in reading with PC so I need a good monitor . I will add graphics card later.

And Whitestar dada at present I am getting almost all of the parts locally almost @ Kolkata based shops . Only problem is with the cabinets and for these I may have to contact md or vedanta as you have mentioned. Thanks for your suggestion .

In that case, go for what Minion suggested wrt PSU and RAM.
And if you can afford, go for B360 board.

As I have told earlier that I will certainly go with Minion's suggestion with my later build, but at present I would like to have some suggestions regarding i3 8100 build as I have mentioned.

I3 8100 & Gigabyte H310M-H are good.Just change ram & psu to one suggested by @Minion & both of these are available at mdcomputers. Go with Corsair 100R cabinet,it is much better than other 2 options you selected. Also if you can afford then get 120gb Kingston A400 or 120gb Adata SU650 ssd from onlyssd.com for ~1650,it will really improve your overall system performance.

Just want a little clarification- why should I use 3000mhz RAM instead of 2400 MHz as Max that h310mh MB can support is 2666 MHz. Is it because price difference is little but I will get maximum speed?
And yes I will go with 100r cabinet. Thanks.

Achha:crazy: that's make sense.
Now I just want to tell or ask something (I don't know whether it's off topic or not,if it is off topic then I will post it elsewhere)- now the topic is -nowadays people are telling that AMD is SASTA (cheap), is it really? Because I have calculated sometimes and every time I saw that whether you go with AMD or not total prices are almost same, for example from the above Minion's build and I 3 built it is almost same.

Actually the mobo series you have chose,H310,is the basic otherwise all intel mobos nowadays easily support minimum 3000MHz ram.

AMD is cheap because you get more for same price or same for less price.e.g.Ryzen 2200G also has 4 cores but it can be overclocked easily to match/surpass i3 8100 plus it also has integrated graphics which is much better than i3 8100. Similarly if you are looking for a 6 core processor then cheapest ryzen 6 core(aka ryzen 1600) is cheaper than cheapest intel 6 core(aka i5 8400).

Then what is your suggestion about the next best mobo which should support 3000 mhz ram and have hdmi support ?

It seems I was wrong in assuming B360 support more than 2666MHz,only Z series mobo support ram overclocking over 2666MHz with intel 8th gen.

However do consider it,Asus Prime B360M-D is available for 6200 from mdcomputers. It got 2 extra sata ports,2 extra ram slots & one m2/nvme slot.

It depends on which graphics card you are planning on using.e.g.Ryzen 1200 has no integrated graphics so people buying a card like 1050 or better don't need to get 2200G/2400G as their integrated graphics is much weaker than 1050 & all of them are 4 core processors so no point in paying extra for integrated graphics. However if you can afford extra 2k then 2200G is a good option as it has integrated graphics better than intel & even if you buy a graphics card like 1050,it can still be used a s a backup for situations where graphics card goes bad. 2400G is not a good option unless you never plan on buying a graphics card like 1050 or higher.
