Add option Saely remove in USB Drivre.How

Hi Guys,Is there anyway to add option on REMOVABLE DRIVE in My comuter to safely remove the drive as in VISTA.....

when u left click on that icon in the taskbar it gives u the option, right click opens a window to select a device. so i dont see a need for it

are u using win XP, if yes, was i unclear, the option is there, just 1 click on desktop.

i dunno about win 98,2000
