Anybody been following all of this? Some really interesting stuff, in fact better than the in-game stories lol. Good read anyway.

Its only one side of the case, have to see what Activision would say about all of this. But I do feel sorry for these guys, all of their hard work on the game and the tech, left out with nothing except for the 35+ ex IW employees.

Very long article. I hope that Activision lose this case and pay them billion dollars. That would teach them a lesson.

Nah they won't. I remember reading some article quoting Kotick that he'd rather pay the lawyers than waste money on game developers.
