Acer Iconia W4. Windows 8.1?

Heard this tablet will be running Windows 8.1, so does this mean it will run .exe files? Is it like a laptop, err... a handheld laptop? It's currently 25k for 32GB and I think is a good price.

Yes it runs Win 8.1 Pro, which means it can run all legacy windows applications.
