1.2MB v/s 48.0MB.. So you get like a 4X CD with USB1.1 while you can get a 4X DVD with USB 2. Since 4X DVD is 5.540MB/sec the 1.2 USB 1.1 wont be fast enough while the 4X CD would be 0.6MB/Sec and would just work.
